Click CheckLists

If Categories have been setup, select a Category from the drop-down list; otherwise see step 3

Next to the attendee's name, click in the field (purple box)

A popup appears, select the status from the drop-down list, click Apply

The updated status is shown

View a second action list on the same screen by selecting from the drop-down list. Repeat step 3 above to change the status in the second action list, for a particular attendee
