Once created, Statements can be resent by email.

In Events, click the attendee button to the right of the event name

Type the attendee's name in the Search box. An entry should appear with details of that attendee's registration.

Click the Statements button to the right

The attendee's statement appears. Click to expand the Email statement section.

Confirm the attendee's email address shown is correct, then click Email Statement
